Submitting an OCAP Membership Application
Application
• The application must be printed clearly
• Answer all questions completely. If a question does not apply, please print “N/A”
• Please send copies of supporting documents only, as originals will not be returned
• Sign and date the application
• A non-refundable application processing fee must accompany the application
• A 1”x1” head and shoulders photo must accompany the application
• The oath of Aboriginal status and affiliation must be completed and signed by a Commissioner of Oath
Membership Process
• Once an application is received and considered complete, it will be reviewed then processed
Membership Categories
• Full – Any person of Aboriginal decent but not a band or tribal member
• Youth – Same as Full member only under the age of 18
• Social – Any person not of Aboriginal decent who wishes to support the Coalition
Annual Dues
Annual dues for each membership category are as follows:
• Full Member - $25
• Full Member Renewal - $10
• Social Member - $25
• Social Member Renewal - $10
• Youth Member - $10
• Youth Member Renewal - $5
**Please make payment via cheque, mastercard or visa as OCAP is not responsible for monies lost in the mail**
